Do you travel to other locations for events?

Picnics At The Palace is located in a beautiful area of Lambertville NJ, and provides Clients a picturesque location to host events with a goal of privacy in mind. Please contact us if you have a special request for consideration. A travel fee will be assessed at time of booking should Client require services outside of the assigned venue option.

Do you provide food/alcohol options with packages?

Food options can be sourced (for a fee) from local Third Party vendors which can be discussed at time of consultation. We will make every effort to assist our Client(s) with all desired meal options (as needed) to ensure a complete package experience. Client(s) is also permitted to bring their own food and beverage(s) for their personal enjoyment at no additional cost.

Is venue used for picnics only?

In addition to being a picnic location, Picnics At The Palace is also a venue option and can be sourced for other rustic event services. Please contact us to for more information.

Are deposits refundable?

For Picnics and Palatial events, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless a cancellation is initiated by Picnics At the Palace (Terms provided in Service Agreement).

For Photo Booth service, a separate agreement is reviewed with Client at time of booking.

Can Client(s) remain on property after Picnic and Palatial?

To ensure full privacy of all our Client(s) and their respective reservation, we ask that Client(s) arrive no sooner than fifteen (15) minutes before, and leave within twenty (20) minutes after scheduled reservation, unless previously agreed upon by Picnics At The Palace.

What method of payment is acceptable?

Picnics At The Palace would like to make it easy for everyone to experience our services. As such, we accept all major debit and credit cards, ACH, and cash transactions. Please discuss your needs or concerns during your consultation, if necessary.
