Picnics At The Palace utilizes an outdoor venue for Picnics and Palatial event. We recommend that guests consider all weather conditions forecasted for a desired date before submitting a reservation, cancellation, and/or payments.

You will be contacted within 24-48 hours for a phone consultation.
Once event details are finalized, Clients will recevie a confirmation email with service agreement, waiver, and invoice for payment.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is due to reserve event date and time.
Client(s) are permitted to bring their own food and beverages at no additional cost for all event types.
We ask that picnic Client(s) arrive no sooner than fifteen (15) minutes ahead of scheduled event(s) if utilizing Picnics At The Palace’s venue option.
A separate agreement is available for all Photo Booth rentals and will be shared with Clients at time of booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Picnics At The Palaces is where the key to a great experience awaits you. However, there are some things that are beyond our control.
For Picnics and Palatail events:
Picnics At The Palace requires a seven (7) and fifteen (15) days minimum written cancellation notice, respectively, prior to all event date.
All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE, unless a cancellation is initiated by Picnics At the Palace (Terms provided in Service Agreement). However, rescheduling is permitted if done within policy guidelines.
Picnics At The Palace will make every effort to reschedule approved cancellations for a mutually acceptable future date, per policy guidelines.
All rescheduled event(s) MUST occur within one (1) year of original event date. Otherwise, Client(s) forfeits all payments made to Picnics At The Palace.
Should the weather negatively change on the day of a scheduled event, Picnics At The Palace will work with Client(s) on the best possible solution, and/or reschedule event(s) for a mutually acceptable future date.
