
Message From The Palace
Picnics At The Palace will make every effort to ensure you have a wonderful experience. However, there are some things that are beyond our control.
Please note that all picnic event deposits and payments are NON-REFUNDABLE within 30 days of a scheduled event date, inclusive of guest cancellations.
Picnics At The Palace requires a seven (7) days minimum cancellation notice prior to all event date.
All cancellations must be made in writing, via email, to Picnics At The Palace for the event(s) to be considered for rescheduling and/or refund (per policy guidelines).
All cancelled reservations must be rescheduled within thirty (30) days of cancellation date. Otherwise, guest(s) forfeits all payments made to Picnics At The Palace.
All payments are forfeited if guests do not show up for their scheduled event, and/or are more than 45 minutes late without notifying Picnics At The Palace of a delay.
No additional time will be given to guest(s) who arrives late for a reservation as a make-up for time lost.
Guests are expected to exit property within thirty (30) minutes of reservation end time. Absolutely, no loitering in allowed on property before or after reservation.
For all cancellations, Picnics At The Palace will make every effort to reschedule an event for a mutually acceptable future date, if done within policy guidelines.
Picnics At The Palace is an outdoor venue. It is recommend that guests consider all inclement weather forecasted for the week of a desired date before making a reservation, cancellation, and finalizing payments.
Should the forecast change on the day of a scheduled event, Picnics At The Palace will work with our clients to reschedule for a future date that is mutually acceptable.
If clients desire not to reschedule after being notified by Picnics At The Palace of a change due to unacceptable weather conditions, a refund of all payments less 30% will be issued within 7 - 10 days of cancellation date.
